They use a cheap spray bottle ceramic coating and even if you come back every year to have it reapplied, they make 90% profit. I am 2500 miles from dealer so worth less to me. I had read about that scam in the past where the dealer says it comes with 5-year guarantee. I made an offer on a Dodge Durango and at first thought it was accepted, but in reality, only if I purchased the ceramic coating service of $699 with it. I can honestly say the worst interaction of a dealership ever in my 60 plus years of life.
